D-J-Qualls

Donald Joseph Qualls (also known as DJ Qualls) is an American actor, producer, and model. Since gaining fame with his character in Road Trip, he's appeared in more than 20 films. The films include The New Guy Hustle & Flow, The Core and The New Guy Hustle & Flow. He has also appeared in more than 22 shows on television including Breaking Bad Supernatural Scrubs Lost Law & Order and others. Qualls has been fighting Hodgkin's Lymphoma when he was just 14 years old. After undergoing treatment for two years, his cancer went into remission. The early treatment caused severe adverse effects on the quality of his life and growth. At the age of a child, he was familiar with the poverty of his life and therefore financial stability was his primary goal. He stated that "I've been living a frugal lifestyle for so long that I'm desperate for financial security, or the world will feel out-of-control to me." He also considers his own experiences as a child to figure out what he could do to stop bullying. DJ says that the act of cruelty breaks his heart. A perfect DJ role is that of a real father. But, he admits that directors don't usually cast me for those types of characters. He'd like to become a dad one day, which would allow him to dedicate more time with the children and be less focused on his job.
